The faculty is dedicated to support and promote the Israeli food industry by educating the top food engineers and food entrepreneurs with a world-class theoretical and hands on training. The Food and Health innovation center provides hands-on training and helps educate graduates to become leading professionals with in depth understanding of the technologies and engineering considerations that ensure the production of safe, plentiful and pleasurable foods. This includes academic teaching coupled to hands on training on equipment that makes the faculty graduates meet the current industrial standards in food production, processing, and analysis..
